Training
Our training is based on form and function principles. The basics include stretching, calisthenics, weightlifting, and resistance training to improve performance. Once an athlete acquires a solid understanding of their event and is physically competitive, we tailor their training to maximize strengths and minimize weaknesses.

COMPETITION
We participate in five to six practice meets per season, to prepare for AAU (Amateur Athletic Union) district, regional, and national competitions for athletes who qualify. Find our current meet schedule here.
